Tools I Recommend to My Coaching Clients

No Fluff Tools for Busy Mompreneurs

I used to think I needed “serious” tools to run a serious business.
So I invested in complicated platforms, watched the costs creep up, and spent way too many late nights setting things up.

But when you’re building a business on mom brain, complexity gets overwhelming fast.

So I simplified. These are the tools I actually use because they save time, reduce mental load, and get me results.

I select tools that do the job for a good price!

Some links on this page are affiliate links, which means I may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. I only recommend tools I genuinely believe are worth it.

My “Keep It Simple” Stack

Start Here: Business & Marketing Recs

If you want the fastest path to “I look legit + I’m not drowning,” start with these:

  • Sendfox

Simple, affordable email marketing that lets me build my list and sell without getting lost in complicated features.

  • Tidycal

Booking links that cut the back-and-forth instantly, without the monthly fees.

  • Follows

Growth support that helps more right people find you, without you spending your life on Instagram.

SendFox

Ditch MAIlchimp for Sendfox!

SendFox is my go-to when I want email marketing to feel simple, not like a tech project.

It covers what most mompreneurs actually need: collect subscribers, send newsletters, and set up basic automations, without drowning you in features you will never use. I use it to grow my list, nurture people consistently, and sell my offers without spending my evenings fighting with settings.

The best part is the pricing: the Lifetime Plan starts at a $49 one-time, and if you want more later, you can add the Empire Add-On for $10/month, which is still wildly affordable compared to most platforms.

Best for: newsletters, simple automations, building an email list
Why I like it: ridiculously good value, quick to set up, keeps email marketing light and doable

Try Sendfox

TidyCal

Ditch calendly for tidycal!

TidyCal is basically Calendly for mompreneurs who don’t want another monthly subscription.

Before I used it, booking anything meant 12 messages, three follow ups, and at least one “wait, what time zone are you in?” Now I send one link, they pick a time, and it is done. It saves me so much back and forth, which matters when I am juggling client work, kid logistics, and a brain that cannot hold one more detail.

It covers the essentials: share availability, let people book you, send confirmations and reminders, and even take payments if you need to.

The “no-brainer” part is the pricing: TidyCal has a one-time payment lifetime plan at $29 single payment, so you pay once and that’s it!

Best for: discovery calls, client bookings, podcast bookings
Why I like it: removes admin chaos, simple setup, no monthly fee

Follows

You can show up on Instagram and still feel like you’re talking into the void.

Get 10% off with code: Manouchka10n8

As a mompreneur, I don’t have time to “crack the algorithm,” post more, or chase viral Reels. And when reach is flat, my motivation drops fast.

Follows helped me feel momentum again, without changing my strategy or posting more. It simply got my content in front of more of the right people, which meant more profile visits, more DMs, and more conversations that actually went somewhere.

Screenshot of my IG while using Follows!

During a 30 day test, I saw +57% followers, 25,000 views (72% from non-followers), +460% reach, +1300% profile visits, and most importantly: I started getting messages from people who instantly understood what I do.

Get 10% off with code: Manouchka10n8

Best for: visibility boost + discovery
Why I love it: brings in new, relevant followers + Swiss based

Try Follows

ManyChat

basically

It does w to.

Best for: Instagram DM automations, lead magnets, keyword replies
Why I like it: saves time + creates instant follow-up systems

Try Tidycal

Metricool

Metricool is for the mompreneur who does not want to guess.

If you have ever thought, “I’m posting… but I have no idea what’s actually working,” this is your tool. Metricool gives you the numbers without making you feel like you need a marketing degree. You can see what content gets reach, saves, clicks, and profile visits, then repeat what works instead of reinventing the wheel every week.

It’s also the better choice if you are juggling more than one platform, because it helps you plan and publish across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn (and more) in one place, and then track results without opening ten apps.

Best for: scheduling across platforms + tracking analytics
Why I like it: it helps you work smarter by doubling down on what already performs

Try metricool

Later

Later is for the mompreneur who posts best when she can literally see the plan.

If your biggest struggle is not “what’s performing” but “how do I stay consistent without thinking about this every single day,” Later makes content feel lighter. It’s visual, simple, and designed for planning your week like a calendar instead of a spreadsheet.

It’s also a great fit if you work with UGC creators or influencers, because it’s easy to keep content assets organized and schedule campaigns without losing files in your camera roll, DMs, and random folders.

Best for: Iess chaos, more flow, and a visual system
Why I like it: it makes content planning feel doable even when your brain is full

Try Later

Descript

Descript is what I use when I need editing to be fast, not a whole afternoon project.

Instead of fiddling with timelines, you edit your audio or video by editing the transcript. That alone saves me so much time. And when you are repurposing long content (podcast episodes, trainings, interviews), the built in AI tools make the “clean it up, clip it, share it” workflow feel ridiculously doable.

It’s one of the quickest ways I have found to turn one long recording into multiple short clips you can reuse across social media without hating your life.

Get 50% off for 2 months on the Creator monthly plan with my link.

Best for: podcast + transcript-based editing + turning long videos into reusable clips
Why I love it: saves hours, makes repurposing simple

Alpian

When I moved back to Switzerland, I needed a Swiss account that felt modern: low fees, low exchange fees, easy for traveling, and easy for people to send CHF to.
I tried a few options, but most were either pricey, clunky, or built for people who enjoy banking admin (couldn’t be me).

So when Alpian launched, I jumped in as an early adopter. And it’s been a no-brainer ever since.

You get Swiss banking + saving + investing in one clean app, no monthly account fee. It also handles travel really well because you can hold and use multiple currencies (CHF/EUR/GBP/USD) and everytime I compared, it had the best exchange rates.

Use my code PCJKLT when you open your account and you’ll get:

  • CHF 25 welcome bonus (after depositing CHF 500)
  • CHF 75 in investment fee credit (once you start investing)

Best for: Swiss based mompreneurs
Why I like it: CHF + Swiss based + great exchange rates

Try Alpian

If your life is more “getting paid internationally, invoicing, paying freelancers abroad,” keep reading, that’s where Wise shines.

Wise

I started using Wise when I lived in Singapore, and it’s been over a decade now. That’s how you know it’s not just a “tool I’m testing”… it’s one of those apps that quietly becomes part of your life.

It’s practical in the best way: it sits in my iPhone wallet, I use it when I travel (especially outside the Euro zone), and it saves me a ridiculous amount on exchange rates compared to traditional banks.

My Wise Business account is just as useful. It’s great for paying freelancers and sending invoices. Everything stays simple: low-cost transfers, easy currency conversion, and you can hold/convert when the rate makes sense for you.

Best for: international travel + getting paid / paying across borders
Why I like it: transparent fees + great exchange rates

Try Wise

If you want a Swiss home base you can receive CHF into easily, go with Alpian. If your business and travel are more global, Wise is perfect. Me? I use both.

BreezDoc

Ditch Docusign for Breezdoc!

BreezDoc is my ‘send it, sign it, done’ tool, without a monthly fee.
When I’m sending proposals or contracts, I want it to feel professional… without turning into a whole admin project.

BreezDoc does exactly what you need: upload your contract/proposal, add signature + fields, send it, and track when it’s opened and signed, without your client needing an account.

And the best part: it’s a one-time payment of USD 19,pay once, use forever. No ongoing fees quietly creeping up.

Best for: proposals, contracts, signatures
Why I like it: smooth client experience + less back-and-forth

Try breezdoc

Proton Pass & Proton Mail

Proton Pass: I use this on my phone and my laptop, and it’s one of those tools that instantly lowers my mental load. I even got my mom on it which means: no more “What’s my email password again?” calls. It stays synced, generates strong passwords, and you can create email aliases for newsletters. For around 3 CHF/month, it’s an easy yes.

Proton Mail: This is what I use for anything that needs extra privacy and protection from hacking, like my bank and anything admin related. It’s Swiss-based, encrypted, and privacy-first, so you’re not getting tracked or fed ads in your inbox. For around 4 CHF/month, it’s a simple upgrade that makes you feel way more secure.

Want the all-in-one option? Proton also has a bundle that combines Mail + Pass (and extras like Drive + VPN) in one subscription. At 10 CHF/month.

With my link: get a 2-week free trial on any Proton premium plan, and subscribe before the trial ends to enjoy $20 in Proton credits.

Best for: password sanity + secure email
Why I like it: password dramas free life + Swiss privacy vibes

Try proton

NameCheap

That’s where I get my URLs instead of on GoDaddy.

Namecheap is my go-to for domain names because it’s consistently cheaper than places like GoDaddy, and it doesn’t make a simple purchase feel weirdly complicated. Buy the domain, manage DNS, move on with your life.

Best for: buying domains + domain management
Why I like it: easy to use

Try Namecheap

SiteGround

What it does: fast, managed hosting that handles the boring (but critical) stuff like free SSL, daily backups (kept up to 30 days), and performance/security features, plus genuinely solid support when something breaks and you don’t have time to troubleshoot.

Best for: hosting WordPress sites
Why I like it: stability + support when things go weird

Try siteground

Kadence

Kadence is my “I can build this myself” WordPress toolkit.

When you’re juggling a business in tiny time pockets, you don’t want a site that breaks every time you touch it. Kadence makes it ridiculously easy to build a clean, fast website that looks professional. Yup, this site is all Kadence!

I use it to create sales pages, landing pages, blog posts, and all those “quick tweaks” that would otherwise turn into a never-ending developer bill.

Best for: WordPress design + building pages fast
Why I like it: a good looking site you can make yourself
